4.1 Eligibility: Services are available to Users aged 18 and above.
4.2 Minors may use the Website and Services with parental consent.
4.3 Users may access and download Content for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Order placement
6.1 Available Services and their prices are listed on the Website. The Services available on the Website are specifically listed, including details about their features, pricing, and availability. The User navigates to the page of the Service on the Website, adds the Service to the shopping basket, agrees to the Website Terms and Privacy policy, and completes the Order using the payment methods available on the Website.
6.2 The User may choose any payment method (payment by card, PayPal etc.) available on the Website at the moment when the Order is placed as long as it is available in their country. Non-payment will result in Order cancellation.
6.3 While the Company strives to maintain the Service availability, technical issues may occasionally prevent Order fulfillment.
6.4 The Order shall be considered successful when the payment is received by the Company’s Payment Service Provider, and the Company shall notify the User about Order confirmation via email.
7. Prices and payment methods
7.1 The prices are provided in GBP and EUR. Other currencies may also be available on the Website. Payments can be made in any currencies supported on the Website.
7.2 If a currency other than GBP or EUR is selected, the price is converted using Our exchange rates, and the total payable amount will be displayed before Order confirmation. The User acknowledges that if payment is made in a different currency, the final amount may be subject to conversion based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.
7.3 Payment can be made using a payment card or any other available payment methods listed on the Website at the moment of the Order placement.
7.4 The User is responsible for any transaction fees charged by their issuing bank.
7.5 The Company reserves the right to update the Service prices at its sole discretion.
7.6 The price for the Service is considered to be fixed when the User has added the Service to the basket on the Website and proceeded to the payment page.
7.7 If the User fails to complete the Order and/or the Order is cancelled for other reasons before the completion, the new Order shall be placed with the Service price as available at the moment.
8. Service delivery
8.1 Once a successful Order is placed by the User as described in para.6 above, the Company will send the Service materials shortly to the email address provided by User on the Website’s payment page during checkout. It is User’s responsibility to provide a valid email address for the Company to be able to reach out.
8.2 Service delivery is normally executed within an hour for the Service range categorised as ‘Basic courses’ on the Website, but in some cases may take up to 24 working hours for technical reasons.
8.3 For Service categorised as ‘Advanced courses’, the delivery of the text materials is executed as described in p.8.1-8.2 above. The delivery of other materials including but not limited to webinars, feedback of the team, etc. (as described on the page of the Service in question on the Website) is executed as follows:
8.3.1 The Company’s representative reaches out to the User via the User’s email provided within 24 working hours.
8.3.2 The Company’s representative informs the User about the available slots for webinars and other live meetings related to the Service ‘Advanced course’ and, if the choice of slots is available, confirms the slots with the User.
8.3.3 The Company’s representative provides the User with the detailed instructions on any other activities described on the page of the ‘Advanced course’ in question.
8.3.4 It is User’s responsibility and choice to attend the webinars, live meetings and get feedback from the Company’s representatives via the Communication Channels and within the timeframe indicated by the Company’s representative.
8.4 The Service is considered to be successfully delivered as long as the ‘Basic course’ materials have been sent to the User’s email, regardless of whether the User has accessed the files or not. In case the files are corrupted and cannot be opened, the Company will do its best to provide the uncorrupted files within 7 working days after the User reports the incident.
9. Order cancellation and refund policy
9.1 Users may cancel the Order for ‘Basic courses’ and ‘Advanced courses’ Services and request full refund in case the Order has been placed successfully, but the refund request was sent to the Company’s official email address [email protected] before the Service was delivered as described herein.
9.2 In case Services have been delivered fully to the User, but the User is dissatisfied with the quality of Services, the Company will do its best to assist the User and fix any issues. However, in this case the Company reserves the right to reject the refund request or may at its courtesy issue a partial refund.
9.3 In case Services have been delivered partially to the User and refund is requested, the Company reserves the right to reject the refund request or may at its courtesy issue a partial refund.
9.3 Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days after the Company confirms the User is eligible for a refund. The Company will issue refunds using the same payment method as used for the original transaction.
9.3.1 For bank card payments, refund can be issued only to the card which was used to make the payment.
9.3.2 It is responsibility of the User to ensure the card is active, non-expired, and refunds are allowed by the issuing bank.
9.3.3 The Company will not be held liable in case the refund cannot be issued due to issuing bank restrictions, card inactivity or any other reasons beyond the Company’s control.
9.4 For ‘Basic course’ Services, the User may be eligible for full refund, and for ‘Advanced course’ Services the User may be eligible for partial refund after the Service delivery in case the files of the materials sent are corrupted.
10. Lack of guarantees
10.1 All Services and Content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10.2 The Company does not guarantee results from using its Services (please also refer to para. 11).
10.3 The Company strives to ensure continuous availability of all Services available on the Website and does its best to keep the Website and all Services, Content and pricing up-to-date. However, the Company reserves the right to cancel any Order and issue a refund to the User in accordance to these Terms in case the Service purchased appears to be not available, or the Company is for any reason not able to provide the Service as described.
10.4 Exceptional circumstances such as simultaneous high-volume Orders or technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of the Website, Services or Content. If an Order cannot be processed, the User will be notified accordingly.

11.1 The Company provides information Services, including but not limited to courses, webinars and other types of informational materials and services. By using this Website and/or Company’s Services, You acknowledge that you fully understand that:
11.1.1 The Company does not manage assets, is not an intermediary or broker of financial instruments, ETFs, CFDs or cryptocurrency investments, does not manage any trading platform, or any other similar organization, nor does it operate as a financial investment company;
11.1.2 The Company does not provide any investment consulting services, wealth management services, or financial advice of any kind;
11.1.3 The Company’s Services are not part of the category of professional training or certification courses, or continuing professional development for specialists in the financial industry;
11.1.4 Neither the Company nor any of its representatives, collaborators, employees or affiliates claim or collect taxes, commissions, or other withholdings from the profit generated from trading performed by Users.
